By using Prestyn Motors services, you agree to these terms. Prestyn Motors is a car import intermediary based in Limassol, Cyprus.
Prestyn Motors sources vehicles from international markets (Japan, Europe) on behalf of clients. We provide auction bidding, shipping coordination, customs handling, and vehicle delivery within Cyprus.
All fees including base price, import tax, shipping costs, and inspection fees are disclosed in full before any purchase is made. Payments are non-refundable once a vehicle has been purchased at auction or from a dealer on your behalf.
Vehicles are sourced based on auction grades and inspection reports. While we make every effort to accurately represent vehicle condition, Prestyn Motors is not liable for undisclosed mechanical issues that were not apparent during inspection.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but may be affected by shipping schedules, port delays, or customs clearance. Prestyn Motors is not liable for delays beyond our control.
We provide full documentation for every transaction including purchase receipts, shipping invoices, and customs declarations. This is our commitment to full transparency.
Prestyn Motors acts as an import agent. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid. We are not liable for market value fluctuations, currency exchange differences, or delays caused by third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.
